Duart Castle which is the seat of the Clan MacLean. It sits high on a crag on the end of a peninsula that juts out into the Sound of Mull. We can find all the history of the Clan MacLean in the Exhibition Hall, and discover what the Great Hall, State  Bedroom and Dressing Room can tell us. The gardens of this imposing castle are majestic and well worth spending time  exploring.

Tobermory was built as a fishing port back in the 18th Century. It is now the main town on the Isle. While here why not visit the distillery or take a stroll along the waters edge where you may see some of the local wildlife.

We have a free day in Oban to explore this beautiful town. Why not make your way up to Mc Caig’s Tower which was built in 1897 by John Stuart McCaig. The views are fantastic. You could always take a tour of The Oban Distillery.

Inveraray Castle is a country house on the shore of Loch Fyne, Scotland's longest sea loch. It is one of the earliest examples of Gothic Revival architecture. It has been the seat of the Dukes of Argyll, chiefs of Clan Campbell, since the 18th century.

We take a trip into the Hollow Mountain at Cruachan Power Station. It is a pumped hydro power station like no other. Here you can discover it’s history of the epic tunnel and the team of people who drilled and blasted the tunnel which opened in 1965. See the cavernous hall and generating turbines.  The very first Bond film used Cruachan as a film set in 1962.

Glencoe is a steep-sided glen and the area is known for  waterfalls and trails that climb peaks such as Buachaille Etive Mor and Bidean nam Bian.  The scenery is stunning as we drive through to Glencoe visitor centre where we can find out about the history of the Massacre of Glencoe in the winter of 1692.

Sit back and relax on this Loch Lomond Boat Trip on what is known as the Queen of Scottish Lochs. Enjoy spectacular views of the magnificent Ben Lomond and the highland boundary fault line as you enter into the Scottish Highlands from the Lowlands.
